Returns:
Making jewelry is my passion, and I want you to love your piece of Pepperbush Jewelry as much as I loved making it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 15 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. If 15 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your piece must be in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your returned jewelry is received it will be inspected to confirm that it is in excellent condition. After inspection, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and will begin processing your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your item is returned and is not in original condition, or it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error, you are not entitled to a refund. I will contact you to discuss your options: repair (if possible) or return back to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at kim@pepperbushjewelry.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. If you purchased a sale item, and it's not love, please contact me to see if we can arrange a return for store credit toward something that is a better match for you.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my items, each exchange must be discussed on a case-by-case basis. If you need to exchange your item, please send me an email at kim@pepperbushjewelry.com. I will do everything I can to accommodate your exchange, but I do ask for your understanding that not every request can be fulfilled, and a refund may be granted instead.
Shipping:
To return your jewelry, please send me an email at kim@pepperbushjewelry.com to set up return shipping arrangements. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and / or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns. Items that are shipped to but not received by Pepperbush Jewelry cannot be refunded.
